Letters and Numbers has a fixed postage cost of $10 for Post for delivery anywhere within Australia. All orders (without clothing items) are sent express delivery. Delivery is mostly overnight, however please allow two to three business days for delivery.

For some areas in Australia express delivery can take 4 to 5 working days.

Orders including clothing items are also posted at  the flat fee of $10 however the items are sent by registered post. Also some clothing items we need to order in from our suppliers. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from the time you place your order.

If you live in or near to Canberra, ACT, you are more than welcome to pick your order up from us without a postage charge.

Why We use Express Post Envelopes  and Why Postage Costs $10 ?

We use express post envelopes because we can scan the barcode when posting your order and track the order to your door (or local post office if not home). We have also found this to be a very reliable service with an unordered parcel as very rare. Since we can track the order and the quick delivery time you receive your letters and numbers quickly. The Express post envelopes cost us $7.40 (14th April 2017) each and that is buying in bulk. By the time we address the envelope (front and back) and package your items so that they do not get bent or damaged in the post, you can see that it actually costs us more (in time and the cost of the envelope) than the $10 we charge for the service.

Please note that Express post can take up to one week for deliveries to WA and NT and up to 4 Days for other areas except Sydney and Melbourne CBD.

Australia Post

All our orders are sent with Australia Post. Please be aware that we use a B4 sized envelope which has the dimensions 250 x 353 mm so if this will not fit into your mailbox and you are not home the postal service may place a card in your mail box and you will need to collect from your designated local post office.

We do not leave parcels on door steps or unattended (unless you have an arrangement with your local post office delivery service). We are also not responsible for missing or stolen postal items.
