LETTERS AND NUMBERS - FAQ

What is included in my Order ?

  • All orders include Iron On Instructions
  • Depending upon the size of your order you will receive either Teflon sheets or Parchment Paper (baking paper) which is placed over the top of the iron on numbers/names. This protects the plastic carrier (which holds the numbers/names) from melting when contacted by a hot iron We will supply enough of the Teflon or Parchment paper to complete your order
  • Spares. A couple of spares are included for testing. The spares are chosen from random in the same colour as chosen in your order. 

Team or Bulk Orders ?

  • If you are ordering numbers/names for a team or a bulk order you receive the same inclusions as above.
  • It is highly recommended that only one person irons on all the numbers and names so that consistency of application and position can be maintained.
  • Also we do NOT supply enough parchment paper, teflon or spares for several people to iron on if a team/bulk order is split up.
  • If each person is responsible for ironing on their own numbers it would be best to order individually so that they receive the instructions, teflon/parchment paper and spares.
